REFUND POLICY
At 67 on Smith, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our furniture. We understand that purchasing furniture is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident in your choice. Our refund policy is outlined below to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order furniture is custom-built to your specifications. As such, the following conditions apply:

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on made-to-order pieces.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, production may have begun and only a partial refund (up to 50%) may be available, depending on the stage of manufacture.

Defects or Damage: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the severity and nature of the issue.

2. In-Stock Items
For non-customised, ready-made items:

Refunds or Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

In original condition

Unused and unassembled

Returned in its original packaging

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned in-stock items, to cover handling and processing costs.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items (All Orders)
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for items that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or don’t match the description.

Claims must be supported by photos and/or video where appropriate.

4. How to Request a Refund
