Production of made to order items typically takes 6–10 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe may vary based on the complexity of the order, material availability, and order volume. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another update once your piece is ready to ship.

2. Shipping Time & Methods

Once your order has been completed and quality-checked, it will be shipped using one of our trusted delivery partners.

Delivery Options:
- Standard Freight:Curbside delivery.
- Delivery, assembly and installation (quotation required)

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For larger or custom orders, we may contact you directly with a quote.

4. Delivery Appointments

For large items the delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the item.

6. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@67onsmith.com.au with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the situation.

7. Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, unforeseen delays (due to supply chain disruptions, weather, or carrier issues) may occur. We’ll keep you updated if there are any significant changes to your shipping schedule.
